week 7 strength workout
This full body strength workout with Lance, Celine and Lara starts involves two blocks of work, one with standing moves and one with floor moves that you repeat twice. You’ll complete 30 second work intervals with 30 seconds of rest between exercises.
week 7 cardio workout
Work on your cardiovascular fitness and endurance in this week’s workout with Courtney, Phil and Martelle. Move through 2 blocks of exercises, for 40 second intervals, repeating each block twice. Check off your workout with a fun core finisher to engage your abs and help to improve your posture.
