Most of our gyms in Birmingham have free parking, however a few do not, including Snow Hill Plaza, West Bromwich and Birmingham City Centre. Check the individual gym homepages to get more information on parking and public transport links. PureGym is not responsible for any parking fines.
All of our gyms in Birmingham are open 24/7.
PureGym memberships are contract-free, so you can join without committing to staying for longer periods. We also do 1, 3, 7, and 30 day passes if you’d rather try the gym for a shorter period before joining.
All our gyms in Birmingham offer a mix of free weights, plate loaded, cable, and fixed resistance machines, cardio machines, and functional equipment. The equipment between gyms may vary slightly.

All the gyms in Birmingham have a friendly team of Personal Trainers available to hire. PTs can help you to achieve your fitness goals in several ways including 121 training sessions and bespoke fitness programmes. All the gyms in Birmingham have male and female changing areas with individual showers, free lockers, hairdryers, and spare plug sockets, as well as toilets. You’ll need to bring your own padlock for the lockers. .
Birmingham West, Birmingham Beaufort Park, and West Bromwich all have ladies only areas.
Members need to be at least 16 years old to sign up for a PureGym membership.
All the gyms in Birmingham have free 02 WiFi. Simply select the 02 WiFi and follow the instructions in the browser to log in.
We do not have facilities like swimming pools or spas in any of our gyms. This helps us to keep the cost of our memberships down so that more people can afford to join the gym.

All of our gyms have a wide range of fitness classes included in your membership. PureGym Sutton Coldfield has slightly more classes than our other Birmingham gyms, followed by Snow Hill Plaza, Birmingham West, and City Centre gyms. All of our Birmingham gyms are suitable for beginners, however PureGym Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham City Centre have the most induction and Learn To Lift classes aimed at improving beginner's confidence in the gym, and may be a better option if you're just starting out.

If you like to include functional exercises or calisthenics workouts in your training, you'll find everything you need at several of our Birmingham gyms.
