We have a huge range of kit, from free weights (dumbbells up to 50kgs) to fixed resistance machines and cardio equipment so you have all the tools you need to reach your fitness goals.  The gyms also has a functional area which includes a track, air dyne bikes and rig so you can enjoy more ways to workout. We also offer free parking*.
