Not only is Twickenham the home of rugby union, but it's also the home of our gym! Located in Twickenham Town Centre, PureGym Twickenham offers members low-cost no contract memberships that give access to countless ways to workout 24 hours, 7 days a week. If you prefer to train your own way, you can take advantage of the wide range of state-of the-art kit. If you prefer to get moving with others, enjoy the fun and energetic gym classes included in your membership.
You'll find PureGym Twickenham on Heath Road in Twickenham Town Centre. The new gym is located in the former Rileys Sports Bar and we're close to Nandos, M&S food, Iceland, and Natwest. There are bike racks outside Harris + Hoole Coffee Shop.

Directions
You'll find PureGym Twickenham on Heath Road in Twickenham Town Centre. The gym is the located in the former Rileys Sports Bar and we're close to Nandos, M&S food, Iceland, and Natwest. There are bike racks outside Harris + Hoole Coffee Shop.
BY CAR
We're on the junction where Heath Road meets the A310/Cross Deep. Our postcode is TW1 4AW. From Richmond take the A307/A305. From Teddington take A309/A310. No parking at the gym. The closest parking is on Holly Road, which is a 2-3 minute walk from the club. Between 8am and 6.30pm (Mon-Sat) it's £2.60 for up to two hours. It's free outside of these hours.
BY BUS
Heath Road Stop L is approx. 100 metres from us. Turn left as you leave the gym and follow the building round to get to it. Buses are H22 and 110 towards Hounslow, and the 490 to Heathrow Airport. Poulett Gardens Stop R is 200 metres from the gym. Turn right towards Cross Depp to find it on the right-hand side. Buses are R8 towards Kew Retail Park and 33 towards Lonsdale Road.
BY TRAIN
We're half a mile (a 10-minute walk) from Twickenham Train Station. As you leave the gym, walk east on Heath Road towards Cross Deep. Follow this to the left onto London Road. Turn right onto S Crane Road and then take a slight left. The station will be on your right.
BY BIKE
If you fancy a warm-up before your session, there are bike racks available across the road from the entrance to the club.
Please be respectful of nearby residents by:
- Being quiet as you enter and exit the gym
- Not parking on side roads outside houses
- A car park is available at Holly Road
