Everybody is welcome at our club which not only has a low-cost contact-free membership, but is also open 24 hours and has lots of fitness classes to get you moving in the right direction, whether that's in our digital studio or instructor led classes.

We're based in Kennington Business Park on Brixton Road.
BY CAR
If you're coming by car, pop SW9 6DE into your SatNav and park in the pay and display along Brixton Road or, after 7pm, in the free parking in Crammer Road.
BY BUS
Bus numbers 3, 415, N3, 59, 133, 159, N109 and N133 will drop you outside the club.
BY TRAIN
We're just two minutes walk from Oval tube, eight minutes from Kennington tube and ten minutes from Vauxhall station.
BY BIKE
Cycle bays are available for you to store your bike while you train.
