Working out in groups can be a great way to keep your motivation high, so we have more than 50 free fitness classes available every week. We're based on Shepherds Bush Road, next door to Wagamamas, four doors down from Hammersmith Police station and on the site of Hammersmith Palais.

BY CAR

If you're driving in you can find us at W6 7NL. The nearest car park is the Kings Mall car park, which is a seven-minute walk away and costs £3 for two hours or £4.50 for 2-3 hours.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Alternatively, we’re a minute’s walk away from the Hammersmith library bus stop where the 72, 220, 283 and 295 buses stop. Hammersmith bus station is a five-minute walk away, above the tube station at Broadway Mall, which has direct access to the Circle, District, Piccadilly and Hammersmith & City lines.
