Directions
We're based on the corner of Park Street and Sefton Street, next to the Renault car showroom. You can park outside the club for free.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
If you're coming by public transport we're less than a five-minute walk from Brunswick train station. Simply leave the station from the Sefton Road exit, turn right and you'll see the gym on the right hand side. Alternatively, the C4 bus will drop you off opposite the gym on Park Street. No matter how you arrive, you'll leave feeling great!
