How to find us

Directions
You'll find the club on the Kirkstall Bridge shopping park on Bridge Road, next to the Kirkstall shopping centre. Our postcode is LS5 3BL.
BY CAR
If you’re coming by car, pop the postcode LS5 3BL into your SatNav. There are approximately 350 parking spaces at Kirkstall Bridge shopping car park so parking should never be an issue. Free parking is available, provided you enter your car registration into the iPad in the gym lobby.

BY BUS
If you're coming by bus, the nearest bus stop is just 50 yards away from the gym.
BY TRAIN
The nearest train station to our gym is Headingley station, about a 9-minute walk from the station.
BY BIKE
There are also plenty of bike racks outside if you fancy a spot of cardio on the way to the gym!
