Upgraded free weights area with an 8 bay lifting rig, replacing dumbbells, weight plates and barbells, with additional cable machines, a plate loaded glute trainer and a plate loaded low row.

New functional area with a non lifting rig, a hip thruster bench, ski & bike ergs and accessories.

Upgraded cycle studio with new bikes.

Upgraded studio with all new equipment.

Upgraded stretch area with a PT corner POD and all new accessories.
