There are so many benefits to becoming a member such as 24-hour access and no contract either so you are free to come and go whenever you like. Our gym also has free parking*.

Directions
We're based next to Aintree Racecourse and Aintree Racecourse Retail & Business Park, directly opposite KFC. If you're coming by car, pop L9 5BD into your SatNav and park in the free onsite car park. Alternatively, bus numbers 53A, 210, 241, 250, 300, 310, 345, 741, 830, 831 and BR1 will drop you off nearby. Aintree railway station is a four-minute walk away, with a regular service between Liverpool Central and Ormskirk. We’re also just a seven-minute drive from Old Roan railway station in the centre of Aintree.
