Our Hyrox classes involve a mix of functional fitness exercises, running, and strength training. As a guide, we recommend the following to ensure you're comfortable and can perform at your best:
Moisture wicking top and socks: Breathable, moisture wicking clothes will help to keep you dry by drawing sweat away from your body.
Supportive sports bra: Some Hyrox exercises are high impact and wearing a sports bra that provides adequate support will help to prevent discomfort.
Comfortable shorts or leggings: Choose shorts or leggings that are made from breathable fabric and allow a full range of motion while staying securely in place.
Running shoes: A good pair of running shoes provides support and cushioning to protect against impact and provide stability while running.
You may also want to wear workout gloves to help with grip, and a headband to keep sweat out of your eyes.
