PureGym memberships are contract-free, so you can join without committing to staying for longer periods. We also do 1, 3, 7, and 30 day passes if you’d rather try the gym for a shorter period before joining.
All our gyms in Norwich offer a mix of free weights, plate loaded, cable, and fixed resistance machines, cardio machines, and functional equipment. The equipment between gyms may vary slightly.

All the gyms in Norwich have a friendly team of Personal Trainers available to hire. PTs can help you to achieve your fitness goals in several ways including 121 training sessions and bespoke fitness programmes. All the gyms in Norwich have male and female changing areas with individual showers, free lockers, hairdryers, and spare plug sockets, as well as toilets. You’ll need to bring your own padlock for the lockers.
None of our gyms in Norwich currently have a women's workout space.
Members need to be at least 16 years old to sign up for a PureGym membership.
