Zach has worked in the fitness industry for nearly five years and has a strong interest in sport and endurance challenges. He specialises in Sports Specific Training, especially for tennis, football, endurance sports & athletics. He's competed at a strong level in various disciplines during his life and has completed Half Marathons as well as six Marathons & a Triathlon.
In June he ran 100 miles around the Isle of Man for the British Heart Foundation, raising over £2000. His next challenge is in the works.
